I have an Optiplex 9020 SFF and I was wondering if I just get a bigger case could I just move everything into there? Does a certain type of case matter?

Doubtful you can move the system over into a new case. Dell's are notorious for having proprietary parts.

Just looking at pictures from the net, at the minimum: The PSU would need a bracket or need to be replaced since it is not a standard ATX or SFX unit. The motherboard is definitely not a standard form factor so you'd have to take that out and measure it, measure where the standoffs are and see if they are compatible with any standard system.

Why do you want to move the system over in the first place?

I was going to move it over to a bigger case so I could get more storage and a little bit ago I bought a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 Ti OC Low Profile 4GB and it was too big to fit inside so I got an extender and it's laying outside the PC. Also maybe make it more colorful.
