Question Optiplex 9020 MT "no boot device found" (Windows 10) ?

Hi everyone, I recently bought this Optiplex 9020 MT and upon turning it on I am met with a screen telling me "no boot device has been found".
In diagnostics it says no problems found, however it also says no Hard drive found. I have a ssd plugged in with the correct wires. Any help? Thanks

Is there an OS actually installed on the SSD?
How did you verify this?

What specific SSD?
Is it fully connected?

Yes, it is supposed to come with Windows 10
No verifyed, is there a way to?
Samsung SSD 500gb
It is connected to both ends, the ssd and mb

Assuming this is a SATA III drive, there are two cables.
One to the motherboard, one to the PSU.

How can I check if its SATA II?

Hi,
I might be wrong.
But I think the backup battery has gone dead. Change the CR2032 and restart the PC and enter the bios. Change from Legacy to uefi. Save and restart the PC. Now the PC will recognize the HDD.
I have the same issue with a Dell optiplex 9020 SFF.
After I did above, the PC was running Great.

Sorry for my bad english. I am a Swedich guy...
