Optiplex 960 SFF Card Options

Hey guys! I have a 2008 Optiplex 960 SFF running Vista Business. I'd like to upgrade it to Windows 7 but the Upgrade adviser explains that my current graphics adapter will not support Windows Aero. So being this is a SFF, what cards would you recommend? ( Not looking for anything special, computer used to update and log Scouting Records) Thanks!

Considering SFF crampy spacing with no airflow I would personally stay away from fanless cards and try to use the skinniest one possible like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125452

Don't use any fat cards - it will cover PCI slot next to it (we don't know if something there already).
