Optiplex 960 - Will I see a diff between FirePro 5800 vs Geforce GTX 750?

I have an Optiplex 960 w/ Intel Core 2 Duo 3GHz, 6GB RAM, ATI FirePro 5800. I'm guessing the FirePro 5800 is bottlenecked by the CPU/RAM. Might it be beneficial to upgrade to a Geforce GTX 750?

it seems 750 will be faster (750 is slightly behind 750ti)
