Optixfelx 790 Mobo compat with other cases?

You'll be fine if it follows a standard mATX/ITX form factor, I can't find any measurements on it though.

It's a standard mATX form factor motherboard.

Four expansion slots for add-in cards is definitely mATX.

On ITX you'd usually only see one expansion slot or two at most for an add-in card.

The dimensions are not always the same, can't judge by PCIE slots etc., prebuilt AIOs are strange like that.

Slot spacing is industry standard so it is a very accurate gauge of motherboard size.

Slot spacing varies, it is accurate with most standard motherboards, but this is a proprietary AIO board, it 90% of the time won't follow a standard unless the PC is of a modular variety, aka the ones that suggest you upgrade stuff later down the line.
