Oracle VM VirtualBox 4.3.12 Won't Uninstall

I was installing Andy (android emulator)
and it also installed Virtualbox
Andy (android emulator) did not work so i uninstalled it.
i looked around my computer files and saw i still had VirtualBox installed so i tried to uninstalled it
but this keeps happening

so when you go to add and remove programs it says it can't uninstall?

If so then your going to have to manually delete every virtualBox folder.

No it says "Rolling Back Action"
after says "Fatal Error during installation" but im not installing

Had similar problem with VPN software and fixed using Revo uninstaller.
Download that app, install that emulator and uninstall using Revo uninstaller.
