Question Orange Light and No Boot

I got the B450 A Mobo so I get everything’s installed and set up and flip on the PSU switch and I only get a orange light on my mobo , I have a Corsair vengeance lpx that’s compatible a Ryzen 5 2200g cpu and a 500BQ watt PSU . Now I did EVERYTHING literally and I’m honestly stuck at this point .. I really hope it’s an easy fix , everything is connected btw I double checked cpu and case just spin for a sec then stop
