Orange Light, but computer isn't turning on?

Hello, my computer has been working fine for the past years but I recently tried to turn it on and all I got was a orange/amber light turn on, but nothing else. No beeping noises, no fans. I tried changing PSU's but still the same results. Can someone please help me fix this problem?

- remove your ram clean it, try use 1stick
- first check Clear cmos if no solved
- test your mobo + cpu only + speaker mobo if you can hear beep it means ram need clean, if no beep motherboard under big problem
