[SOLVED] Orange Light on MOBO after ram upgrade

MOBO: B350-I Gaming

So I use 1 stick (G.SKILL Aegis 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4-2400MHz CL17) and I bought a second one.
When I try to boot it up, orange light near Ram is on, monitor stays black.
Whats wrong?

test the 2nd stick by itself?

2nd stick didn't work by itself. Orange light still on.

if it doesn't work on any slot . return it
