Question Orange, Red, White and Green Leds are on before startup

Hi guys,
I've ordered a brand new PC however I've been facing some startup issues.
Before startup windows all moba leds are running respectively; orange, red, white, green. When I see green led, the moba brand comes on monitor and windows starts up normally.
However it lasts almost 30 sec. to see moba brand on screen.

Btw the specs are;
Moba: Asus Tuf Gaming B650 M Plus Wi-Fi
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7700
Ram: Kingston Fury Beast 2x16 GB DDR5 6000 Mhz (AMD Expo)
GPU: Asus Dual 4070
PSU: Asus Rog Strix 850W

And the bios was updated from the drivers on the manufacturer's website. (TUF GAMING B650M-PLUS WIFI BIOS 1413)

This is perfectly normal behavior, there is nothing to fix. Long boot times are unfortunately side effect of using DDR5 now.

One suggestion is to keep watch for BIOS updates for the board. I understand both board mfr's and AMD have been working on updates to speed up boot times.

Update: I’ve some changes on bios and it works. Not perfect but there is some progress.. Made Memory Context Restore settings “Enable” from default setting “Auto” in DRAM Timing Control, Bios.
