Orange tint in the screen

Hello. I'm having a bit weird problem. I just started my PC, and after the windows loaded up, my entire screen looks orange/red-ish. But the weird thing is, only the mouse pointer has the original color. I've restarted my PC, and I saw everything normal in the BIOS and the windows loading screen was fine as well. But as soon as windows loads up, everything changes to this orange/red-ish color, but not the mouse pointer.

I've uninstalled my driver and noticed, the color of the screen went back to normal. I have a GTX 1060 6GB. I tried to reinstall the driver software, the screen stayed normal after the installation for a few seconds, then it slowly changes the color again. I've also tried using older Nvidia drivers as well, still the same problem.

BTW my monitor is a vx229h. But' I'm sure my monitor is okay. GPU seems to be normal as well without the drives. It just changes the screen color after the driver installation.

But then how come the mouse pointer is not affected?

Any idea?

Thank you so much. I don't know about this until now. I feel so stupid. Thank you for pointing this out. Don't know how it was enabled. I just disabled it, and everything is back to normal.
