Ordered Parts, need advice on RAM,HARDDRIVE AND POWERSUPPLY!

Hi there!

Ive bought the following components :

GIGABYTE GA-F2A75M-D3H AMD A75 (Socket FM2) Micro-ATX Motherboard

AMD Athlon II X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

Cooler Master Force 500 ATX Mid Tower Case

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-Bit DVD

I need RAM , HARDDRIVE and POWERSUPPLY!

Im would like these items to be INSTOCK , SHORT DELIVERY TIME and from TRUSTWORTHY SITES. And my aim is to run Battlefield 3 (which i play online) So the parts i want must be as cheap as possible.

Id Prefer:

4 Gig RAM
250gb/500gb ( depending on price)
Powersupply ( relevent to my hardware listed ontop.)
