The D3HP has two rear USB 3.1 ports. The Gaming 3 has two versus one M.2 connection and has the upgradable sound amp, but no USB 3.1...

I just recently ran across this motherboard and would like to know if there is any difference between the two as it perfectly matches the theme I'm going for.

I couldn't pass that video card as I got it for a killer deal from a buddy for $270 new.
 


The D3HP has two rear USB 3.1 ports. The Gaming 3 has two versus one M.2 connection and has the upgradable sound amp, but no USB 3.1. The Gaming 3 also has Killer ethernet, which is good or bad depending on your view. The boards are very similar.
