ID def change that video card for the upcoming 1070 and those fans wont really serve much of a purpose but spend your budget.

I just recently ran across this motherboard and would like to know if there is any difference between the two as it perfectly matches the theme I'm going for.

The D3HP has two rear USB 3.1 ports. The Gaming 3 has two versus one M.2 connection and has the upgradable sound amp, but no USB 3.1. The Gaming 3 also has Killer ethernet, which is good or bad depending on your view. The boards are very similar.

Gigabyte make excellent boards. I haven't checked the reviews on either, but I would expect them both to be very reliable.
