Origin "online login is currently unavailable"

I want to play some BF3 but nothing I try seems to work. Ive tried most of the suggestions I have found through Google but they don't seem to work for me.I think it's time for some proffessional or personally experienced help.
Here are some events leading up to this issue.
-Did not play BF3 or use origin for a month or two
-I tried to play again but it kept asking to update so I did but all of the files were placed on my desktop and could not be moved.(they could be move but then i was asked to update again and that kept looping)
-Decided it was not worth the hassle so I again stopped using origin
-Tried once again but this time the update seemed to work. This is when the online login is currently unavailable arose
-Searched on Google for fixes but none seemed to fix it. I noticed my PCs clock was off so i fixed that and tried again but to no avail. (Feel like this is important)
So now i am going thread after thread to find a fix. PLEASE HELP

try changing your password, it happened to me a while back and i went to the origin website and changed my password and then it was working again after that, not saying it will work but can always try it.
