Original Iphone Battery installtion in Iphone Clone phone!!

I have got a true Clone of the Iphone 7 and i need to know whether its possible to replace its cheap quality battery with the original one?
Since yesterday i dissected the phone and came to know that all the components are just same like that of the original one!
Please guide me.
