Didn't they gave Portal for free awhile back like during the time Portal was ported to the Mac. I remember getting Portal for free during those time on Steam.

I got it free back in the time of the mac port. it was one of the best 3 hours Ive ever spent on a game. More people need to play it, short but awesome.

i already got this for free about several months ago (maybe 1 year, can't remember). why don't they just make this game always available for free? just like what Gog did with some of their games...

I beat it pretty quick when the game first came out and then just stopped.. Once Portal 2 came out I played some of the first game again and noticed there were bonus maps and advanced levels.. I dont know if they were there the first time I played but they were pretty good and definitely adds a bit to the replay value..
