Question OriginPc iCue

Hey all, so
i purchased an OriginPC Chronos for myself not long ago due to desiring the warranty and not having to assemble it myself (maybe next time). I am needing help though in that my case fans nor my h150i show up in icue and everything is red by default. I know there is some sort of fan curve applied as it does rev up during gaming. Thanks for your help and hopefully this is one step on the way to trust myself to build the next one.

Can you pass on images/screenshots of what you see within iCue's app? Host your images on a site akin to Imgur and then parse the URL in this thread.

only response from originpc is to check the wires are connected..
