Orweb popping up?

I have windows 8.1 did a clean install when i put together my MoBo,

but as of recently I've been noticing this thing called Orweb come out occasionally when I boot up with this black box coming out because of this for like 3 seconds and then it disappears.

What exactly is this and can I make it go away?

Sounds like you didn't install antivirus and anti-malware applications. Get Malwarebytes and scan your system.

I ran Norton but nothing came up 😱

Orweb is supposed to be a tor based web browser, but if you didn't install it then malware is the most likely culprit (after user error installing third party programs that have it in their installer)
