Hey, I just built a brand new PC.
The specs are
I9 9900k
Rtx 2080
H100i pro cooler
16gb Corsair vengeance ram
650 watt power supply
3 case fans
My problem is, when I start the pc, it’ll load up like it’s gonna boot Windows 10 but while loading, the screen will freeze while still allowing me to move my mouse. I don’t know why it’s happening and I’ve tried reseating everything, changing ram positioning, cleaning thermal paste and reapplying it, checking all cables and connections and just can’t seem to find what is causing the pc to stop booting and not reset. I’ve also tried resetting my pc and it won’t let me reset. After about 50 percent it’ll fail and make me restart my pc.
Bios works and I can adjust settings but as soon as I try to start loading the os, it fails.
