I have recently formatted my SSD from MBR to GPT, so I can install Windows Professional 64-bit rather than 32-bit. I am on the installation screen and it says something like this "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting. Check BIOS" I have checked the BIOS and these are my settings:

SATA Controller(s) - Enabled
SATA Mode Selection - AHCI

Anything else I have to do to get rid of the error as this isn't working. The SSD is Intel 330 Series 60GB, I have another HDD for storage which is connected as well, or will that not effect it.

Motherboard - GB-Z77-D3H

If i didn't have GPT I had an error about being incompatible with the OS, so I changed to GPT, as it seems MBR doesn't want to support Windows 7 64-bit, but it'll support 32-bit.

The error is not one associated with MBR vice GPT. I doesn't matter which you use.

Have you tried a clean install with only the SSD attached (and allowed Windows to format the SSD)?

Also the "Next" Box now appears even with the error still there?

Windows Professional 64-bit, 32-bit just worked like a charm with no problems, but 64-bit has many issues have encountered.

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

I have a retail 32-bit version, but a 64-bit verison didn't come with it so I downloaded a clean install of one.
