Question OS gone black when I turn fan lights on.

few weeks ago my pc had BSOD. At first my hdd were making strange noises, so I changed hdd's sata port and it's gone.

Yesterday, when I tried to turn on led fan light. HDD made strange noises again and OS froze and gone all black. Only cursor was left.

Could it be a PSU issue?

Yes it could, sounds like an grounding issue, can you please give more info about hardware

Psu: 500w I don't remember the name. I ordered it from china seemed quite good.
