Os Help with 32 and 64 bit

I have a GA990FXA Ud5 motherboard and an Amd FX 8350. Can I run a 64 bit system even though my mobo is 32GB limit?? The FX line does support 64Bit OS too

Yes. To take advantage of more than 4GB you have to run a 64 bit OS.

That 32GB limit is the RAM, it doesn't mean the operating system is limited to 32 bit.

64 bit OS can handle more than 32 GB of RAM.

Those two things have little to do with each other.
32GB RAM for the motherboard is NOT the same as a 32bit OS.

If you want to use 4GB or more RAM, then you need a 64bit OS.

Thank you very much. So relieved as I thought I was limited to a 32Bit OS. So I just have to install a 64Bit OS if I want more than 4GB of ram which I do
