OS install problem on new build

Ok, so i just built a new computer and it boots up fine and will go to the bios and allows me to change everything there. When i go to install an os it says windows is loading files and that goes fine. Then it will come up with main screen after that and there is a mouse icon that will move around but it never loads the box for me to click next and accept the license agreement etc. I have tried using both a windows 7 RC1 64 bit disk and a vista home premium 64 bit disk. Any idea on whats causing this?

Asus P6T Deluxe v2
Intel i7 920
OCZ Gold 6gb DDR3 ram
Evga GTX 275 1792mb
WD 1TB Caviar Black
Antec twelve hundred
Antec cp-850

like 5 minutes. Should i have waited longer with a new system?

I got it. I just let it sitting there since i originally posted and it finally came up. Thanks for the help. I have never had to wait before but then again i also have always just reformatted drives and never installed on a brand new system.
