Os install problems

I get to the very first windows install screen and it freezes. My mouse works when going through the settings. What am I doing wrong?
My Motherboard is a B250M-HDV

Are you using a USB drive? DVD?

If it's a USB, what did you use to make the USB drive bootable and from where did you get the copy of Windows.

■ USB drive.
Windows USB boot tool.
Softlay.

Not a legit retailer of Windows.

Go buy a real copy and Windows will install just fine.
