OS migration

Hello,
I have a Sabretooth x58 and Win 7 64 bit installed on a Samsung F1 1 TB HDD set up as SATA as IDE in the BIOS. I have rwo F3 1 TB HDDs which I intend to set up as RAID 0 can I clone the BIOS from the F1 to the created RAID 0 ?

You do not mean clone the "BIOS", i think you mean - clone the operating system.

Going fro a IDE setup to a Raid0 setup. I do not think that it's is a good idea (Not sure that it can be done). The win 7 registry has several reference to the drivers which will be diff. - I know it is a pain, but I recommned reinstalling operating system and programs. Make sure you disconnect your current HDD with operating system on it so that it does not get hosed up untill you have set up the Raid0 and installed the operating system.

PS This is not the same as changing from IDE -> AHCI.
