Hello,
I have a Sabretooth x58 and Win 7 64 bit installed on a Samsung F1 1 TB HDD set up as SATA as IDE in the BIOS. I have rwo F3 1 TB HDDs which I intend to set up as RAID 0 can I clone the BIOS from the F1 to the created RAID 0 ?

You could potentially take an image backup of the F1 and then restore that back up to both of the F3s, but with RAID 0 I would advise a fresh installation.

If you switch from IDE to AHCI, chances are your PC won't bot anymore since Windows only enables AHCI if it's present at installation time. However, with a few non-obvious manipulations, you can enable it afterward, see here. I would suggest you do that first if you want to clone your HDD to the RAID array.
