So lately my PC Have been having issues loading OS i think. When i start my pc and BIOS is finised loading. It sometimes gets stuck doing " - " blicking at the corner like it's waiting for a command.

I fix this by restarting (1-3 time) Hoping for a succesfull boot.

What is causing this?
My system is not old or new. My OS (Windows 8.1 64bit) is fully updated and is located on a SSD.

Please, if you have any idea, what would be causing this? Do i have to be worried?

I am not sure, how do you shut down your computer, also run a scan of your OS for problems, you should be worried about this as you could lose all your stuff. if you use the OS interface to shut down or press button once go to geek squad at best buy, if you force shut down by holding button every time then thats your problem in my opinion

Well, when i close/shutdown my pc i right click the START and then "Shutdown" and windows does a few things such as closing some programs and it turns off. I don't force it down.

go see geek squad to avoid losing your stuff

What was the last thing you did before this started happening?

Also, details on your system: OS, hardware, etc.

Okay so, i had a problem when i was playing a game, i minimized the game to get some music while playing and when i opened up the game my screen started flashing and the sound was bugged. So my computer froze. I had to force it to shutdown and the problem with the " - " have been a pain. (This happend 2 days ago)

My system specs are what i would say decent:
MSI X99 SLI++ (motherboard)
EVGA Geforce GTX 980
16 GB DDR4 Ram
650W 80+ gold PSU
SSD + HDD
Windows 8.1 64bit

I took a backup of what i needed to save. My games in on an HDD, and my OS is running on a SSD. So all good i guess.

Well, i can't for some reason. It says "Could not repair PC" and then i tried the set back function and that denied aswell.

But, question. Can i keep restarting when it goes black until it powers up? Or is it somehow un-healthy for the components? I'm not gonna reset my SSD Just yet, since i already did it 4 months ago.

Not 'unhealthy' for your hardware.
But we need to determine why it is doing this.

I'm thinking your OS got corrupted when you had that initial issue with the game.

Yea, uhm. Not sure what else to do except formatting the system. I'm confused if it could be the SSD Starting to fail out? (It's about 2 and a half year old)

When you do get it to boot, try and run the diagnostics from your SSD manufacturer.

Alright, will do that a little later. I have tried running some scans and removed some malware and stuff. but could it be that i need to update BIOS?

On an occasion that the machine is up and running, delete any/all swap files from your drives. Reboot. Re-add just a small swap file on your SSD (some programs need there to be one, even if you have plenty of RAM). Don't put any swap file on the mechanical drive; if you believe you must, defrag it first and run a chkdsk on it.
This is to check for the presence of a corrupt swap file.

Okay so, What is the "Swap" for?

That is for when you run out of RAM. The OS swaps data back and forth between RAM and the drive.
All happens in the background.
