OS not recognizing HDD

I just built my computer today and it has a 2TB Seagate HDD and a 250 GB Adata SSD. The MOBO I have is a MSI B150M Mortar. My BiOS recognizes the HDD but i cant set it so that windows will recognize it. The OS (Windows 10), Steam, and a few games are already downloaded onto the SSD. How can i get it so that Windows will recognize the HDD as an install location?

This is a brand new drive?
Does it appear in Disk Management?
Probably, yes.
Right click on that - Initialize. Follow what it says to do.

I was an idiot and didn't format the drive. Thanks for the help
