Question OS on ssd but cant install anything on HDD

I have a 1tb ssd installed with the OS, and a 2tb HDD i wanted to install some smaller games/programs that i dont need on the ssd, I have the ssd as c: and HDD partitione as E: but when i set the install path for a program/game there it wont show up in any of the folders?

How, exactly, are you trying to install these programs where it does not work.
Generally, most (but not all) applications give you the opportunity to specify a location to install to. Select Custom or Advanced during the install.

And with a 1TB SSD, there is really no need to install things on the HDD. Maybe some large games, but all your other small applications...ihave those on the SSD.
