[SOLVED] OS on USB Live very slow on persistence mode

So my problem is that I installed Kali Linux on my usb with persistence mode and is very slow, every time I click on something it takes like 15-30 seconds to open
If I use live mode the OS is really fast, like a hard drive
I tried kali linux and parrot, the same thing happens to me in both
