OS or software issue.

Hello, I am building a PC. everything is built but I am having software and OS issues. So, I tried to install windows 7 off of a boot disk USB I made and I could not use my keyboard and mouse to choose language in the installation and such. Because of this, I restarted the computer as I saw no other option. I changed my UEFI settings and installed the drivers trough Asrock's easy drive installer. I tried to get back into windows and I get stuck at the loading screen. If i try to get into the EUFI, it gives me "reboot and select proper boot device"

The loading screen issue is quite common when installing Windows from a pendrive, try making the installer image with a software called Rufus and proceed to make a new fresh installation: https://rufus.akeo.ie/

Just want to know, did you find the files off of the internet or did you get then off of a cd? Because on the internet even if you think it's legit they hide viruses in the system files or files might be corrupt.
