Sounds like a graphics problem...try safe mode...

Does the monitor itself turn off or the power light just goes amber? ^+1 Safemode

the monitor itself turn off. and even in safe mode also the same problem.

same with safe mode.
when i try to install Xp there is a message like "system did not find any harddive installed in your PC"

Can you see the hdd in the bios? Try using a different sata port.
