So recently i reinstalled windows on my desktop [well, twice because first time i accidentally installed it on my HDD then started over again] and now it thinks it's installed on three different volumes whereas it's on only one (the other two options don't boot the PC if i select them anyways), and according to my boot menu the boot manager is on a SATA SSD (which happens to be the last storage disk i installed in the PC)

This isn't particularly irritating since i just minimized the timer where it asks you to select the OS and swapped priorities but is there any way i can solve this issue?

This is why we suggest you remove/disconnect all drives off the platform except for the drive you intend to install the OS on.

You might want to delete the partitions on the other drives(if you have nothing besides the OS you accidentally installed it on) so you've removed. I would also make sure you've backed...

i'll keep that on my mind from now on, and there isn't particularly anything important on the drives (my work stuff stays out of the desktop) so that's doable, thanks!
