Os transfer from hdd to ssd

I just bought an ssd(128gb), and i want to transfer my os (win 10) to it while keeping my games and files on my hdd , is it possible? If so, how can it be done?

If you have a single drive now and it's on a single partition, you can't do what you want. You need to install Windows clean on the SSD and then re-install your games. Files you don't need to touch, but any program that is installed will have to be installed again.
