OS X on my System

I am running a laptop with an Intel core i5-5200u and a Nvidia Geforce GTX 940M, I want to be able to dual boot Windows 10 (the OS that came pre-installed on the laptop) and OS X Mavericks or a newer Mac OS on it. Am I able to do that with this system without doing it in a virtual machine?

I believe we currently consider hackintoshes OK provided you own a spare copy of the version of Mac OS, and don't discuss any sources of pirated copies of the OS.
