Question osd cpu temp monitoring?

Hello all, I need a program that has an on screen display of at least my cpu temp.My 4770 is fine but I want to monitor it while gaming. There are many apps that read cpu temps but I havn't found one that I can use that has an osd.Through my searching the closest to come to that is speed fan but I'd rather always have it showing instead of alt tabbing while gaming. If I can adjust the cpu fan speed that'd be awesome too. It's a Haswell i7 4770.

CapFrameX can be used to setup an overlay in games to show a variety of things, including the CPU temperature.

I tried but can't get along with the program.I wasn't able to get an osd/overlay to show up. I can't get an overlay on the regular riva tuner app so it's a me problem. So I'm still open for an app I can use to monitor cpu temp while gaming. From my many searches I couldn't find one .But this is windows so I'm sure one of you will help me out. I was able to make a preset in capframe with my chosen parameters but simply can't figure out how to actually get them to display.I fully checked the other settings of capture,analysis and the other main capframe entries.Also on My updated 10 installation even on full screen it doesn't show all the settings. I'm not good enough to get past that.It's unacceptable to me.My i7 isn't overheating so it's not a huge deal. My problem with alt tabbing is I think the temp will drop too much by the time the cpu temp app displays to get an accurate reading. I think it's similar to GPU's right? By the time I see GPU temps they can be like 20C cooler than what it was while gaming.Any input on this confounding situation is appreciated.
