osk.exe is not in the usual places (windows/system32 or winsxs or syswow64) where is it hiding??

the client is having issues with the latest windows 10 update messing with his sign on password, so i need to access osk.exe from the command prompt. where can i find osk.exe? it isn't in the usual places, but will run when i'm on the sign-in screen. what directory is it hiding it??

It should be in your System32 folder and/or SysWow64
- In folder options make hidden and system folders and files visible.
- Download /install everything >> https://www.voidtools.com/ , will help you quickly locate any file.
