I've been given 2 x 2.0 GHz Dual Core Xeon 5130 taken from the first Mac Pro (Mac Pro "Quad Core" 2.0) alongside with the 4 GB of RAM also taken off this machine. Now, as these processors are socket 771 compatible (Intel Serverboards), my question would be which serverboard that supports dual CPUs would work under OSX (any version)?

Solution
I would recommend just getting an old Mac Pro. You can get the latest OSX versions to run on even the oldest intel-based mac pros without too much trouble. Depending on the used market where you are, you can probably pick one up for ~$100.
If you really want to build a hackintosh, it would make more sense to start with new parts. The parts you have are only worth a few dollars; you really wouldn't miss out by not using them.
