other devices connect to wifi except laptop

Alright so this is my gfs pc at my gfs house. They think it started when they got a new modem. It connects everywhere else except their home. It says I'm connected to the router, no internet access, but also no yellow triangle.

I can't connect to the router through browser.

I can't ping www.Google.com "could not find host" with site name

Ping 8.8.8.8 "host unreachable" but sends and receives all

I have already ipconfig release and renew

When I ping the router it says "destination host unreachable"

Tried running the windows diagnostics with (of course) nothing fixing it.

I've done/checked other things as well but I forget, I'm spent, not even Google has given me anything. Thanks for the help.

So you mean that 4 ping packets were sent, and 4 were received? If that's the case, it's clearly a DNS problem, unless I'm misunderstanding you.

Yes, but I still get nothing pinging www.Google.com, which I don't understand.

If you're using windows, go to command line and type in "ipconfig/flushdns".

If that doesn't work, you can try this:
