"Other Devices" In Device Manager

Hey guys, does anyone know what drivers I need to install for these 2 components? I have looked on the ASROCK Killer z87 website driver page and couldn't figure out what drivers these are for.

That is the answer actually. SM Bus is for sure the chipset driver.

The USB one could be a USB 3 driver if you have that on your motherboard as Windows has drivers for USB 2.0 up to 7 and Windows 8+ has USB 3.0 drivers.
