Other programs lagging while in games

so while im playing games i have lag on other programs like youtube. Thing go slower and seem youtube's audio even cuts out here and there. Im running a 8086k a 2080 and 32gb of ram on one ultra wide 2560x1080 and one 1920x1080 and yet i didnt have these problems on my old rig with an fx 8350 a 980 and 12gb of ram (same monitors, same games, mostly the same graphics settings). If anyone knows how to stop my other programs from being laggy please let me know.

Can you please try checking for and installing any available Graphics Card Driver Updates and Windows Updates, and see if it helps?
