Other User Issue

Hello,

I have a problem on my pc , when i turn the pc it directs to other user which looks like this http://prntscr.com/hfkjbu then i exit to the right one , how i can delete the other user , its not on guest (Control Panel ) does any1 have the solution?

There is no "other user". Selecting that would just prompt you to log in as a different user.
Is this in a business environment?
