Other User login?

I tried to upgrade my Wifi Adapter To the drivers provided by the Manufacturer. After I did so, I though of trying to restart my computer. When Windows finally booted back up again, A "Other User" Login screen appeared. I have tried both Sign-in Options. The first one, Which is shown in the picture(Not a good camera), Has a box for my username, and for my password. I have no idea what my user name would be. I Have always used an email. When I was in windows(Before the incident). My Name would be next to my profile picture. I have tried that as my username to no success. Onto the second option. This option provides two boxes that ask for my Email and password. When I enter the correct information, It alerts me with a message that says "That password is incorrect. Make sure you're using the password for your Microsoft account. You can always reset it at account.live.com/password/reset". Even when I enter a random letter email, It alerts me with this. Before I restarted my pc, I was messing around with some Rain meter themes. One of them used a program that allows you to change multiple things about explorer. For instance, The border thickness/padding around windows. It might be an option I enabled in that. I have no idea. Any help?

What other pictures would you like? I can't get past the login screen. The picture I have provided is the only picture I feel that is necessarily needed.

Did you by any chance enable automatic log-on?

It could also be that your fiddling with registry keys messed with things it shouldn't.

You might be able to see your account by using the steps in http://www.eightforums.com/user-accounts-family-safety/15794-phantom-other-user-shows-up-startup.html
