Oudating and Suggestions

Hello,
I made a build about 6 months ago but some things came up and I was unable to buy the parts. I was wondering if any of these pieces have been outdated of some sort or there are new parts or deals. I want to run max settings and am hoping to not have to upgrade for a little while. Here are the specs:
