Oukitel K10000 can't access Internet over 4G, only Wi-Fi.

How do I get this phone to browse Internet everywhere, not only at Wi-Fi covered locations?!
when i turn off wi-fi, or no wi-fi is available it says "check your internet connection" and sends me direct to wi-fi connections menu..
the 4G icon on the top of the screen is constantly ON.
the phone is bought new and not used before today.

finally have solved it. i was not aware of that Mobile Data usage is by default turned off on brand new phones..)
i keep this thread only to save other's time, hope I'm not so stupid to be alone with this problem.
Turn on your Mobile Data!
