How is Obamacare being funded right now that they can afford to spend this money under that program?

I understand the concept of advertising it and have nothing wrong with that.. but has it already been funded that they can spend this money? Might not be a bad idea to wait until after the SCOTUS reviews the law and makes a decision too.

2014 isn't right now though. I was more curious about the current funds allocated to the account. $20 million is a pretty large advertising campaign. $3.5 million for a 30 to 60 second ad during the superbowl is really expensive.. but $20 million. whew.

SCOTUS might dismiss the whole thing when it comes up to review.We shall see what transpires.
