Yes, it can support life but the environment now is only suitable for extremophile, no where near suitable condition for human. Extensive work will be required to modify it for human inhabitant, such as a core reactor to provide warmth suitable for human.

^ and an ozone. I could not imagine the amount of radiation it gets year round.
