Out of Memory and Black flashing screen

hello

this is what happened:
1) mmo game was opened, in game were hundreds of ppl around me
2) in Opera was watching youtube video 1080p 60fps
3) took Screenshot in game
4) opened Photoshop
5) Black screen
6) Alt+Ctrl+Delete -> task manager and screen was back to normal
7) Game froze and Opera showed Out of memory

when i checked in task manager memory usage, then it was ~80% of 16gb

Hardware:
i7 7700
Asus Prime z-270k
Corsair DDR4 3200(XMP OC)
EVGA 1080 hybrid
3x SSD
EVGA 650W PSU

i searched in google and found on 1 forum this message:
"Known ASUS problem. XMP profiles are extremely unstable when running any overclocking. Solution: manually set timings and voltage."

what would be recommended for VENGEANCE LED 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Memory Kit?

i noticed that in mmo game which i am playing FPS drops from 58 (60 is game engine limited) down to 3, when new players loads.

~6months ago i had 1 stick 16Gb 2133Mhz 1.2v and some1 told me to get fater RAM, because 2133MHz is too slow for i7 7700
with current RAM i have 20-30fps better performance
