I had 8gb ram installed on my desktop. It usually enough for me to do everything until i got 3 monitor connected. It seems like draining a lot of ram. Close almost all startup(only left some driver and skype are enable), but it still consume 3.5gb of ram.

*After unplugged all 3 monitor, it is still draining this much of memory.

What is happening on my ram?

CPU I7-4770
RAM 8gb
SSD+ SSHD 120gb + 1tb
GPU Leadtek 760 GTX OC version 2GB
3 Monitor (1920x1080,1280x1024,1280x1024)
PSU 620W Cooler Master silent pro m2
Windows 8

First off, make sure you aren't running a 32 bit copy of Windows 8.

Second, sounds like you might have a memory leak. Disable as many start-up applications as you can, update your graphics drivers (or roll back if you are on the newest, there might be an issue with the current driver) and try it again.

I updated my graphic card driver by clean installation, but it is still the same. i am running windows 8 x64

Looking at that you are using 39% of your ram. I wouldn't be too concerned about that. Each SQL instance takes 50-100 MB of memory. Check your startup applications in task manager and disable any SQL instances that start up. You can stop any SQL services if you hit the Windows button and type "services.msc". You can disable the service by right clicking on the name, going into properties, and setting the service to a "manual" start.

Uninstalling or disabling SQL helps some but I wouldn't worry if you are sitting at 39% memory utilization. I would check to see if Windows actually registers 8 GB of ram. One of the sticks might not be seated.

If sql is the main issues, then it would be very inconvenience while i want to use it, i must on. I have only 1 stick of 8gb ram and the windows is registered the ram as 8gb, it should have no problem. Normally startup windows only took less than 2 or 3 gb right?
