Question Out of nowhere my mouse sensitivity feels high

One day.. everything is fine. Another day passes, and mouse sensitivity in every game inlcuding the desktop feels suddenly higher.

Something to check.
I have some extra buttons on my mouse that control sensitivity.....perhaps you hit one by mistake.

I am 100% sure I did not change anything by accident.

What happens if you reduce the sensitivity in Windows and set it the way you want it?

I can maybe get close to it.. but its not the same. And my windows sensitivity remained the same the entire time. I am sure of that!

Does your mouse have an "mouse application" associated with it?
I know that I have a couple Razer mice that do....and if something got screwed up in that app.....that could also cause it.
....and of course....it may just be that something failed in the mouse itself.
